Sexual Harassment
Defining and examining the nature of harassment is a critical issue
to address in any work environment. Companies of less than 100
people can be fined up to $50,000 while larger companies can see
significantly larger penalties. Additionally, businesses are seeing
an increase in same sex sexual harassment. Training is available
on the law, defining harassment, and handling reports of

Business Alliance (IBA), the Greater Philadelphia region's NGLCC
affiliate. Dr. Hall is a member of the Human Rights Campaign and

local Out & Equal-IBA Summit. Dr. Hall is a co-founder of the newly
forming Out & Equal Greater Philadelphia. He has published on
LGBT issues in the American Journal for Sexuality Education and
SIECUS Report.
