David M Hall Associates offers the following programs for LGBT
issues in the workplace.

LGBT Issues & Workplace Productivity
This workshop builds cultural competency to create a safer and
therefore more productive work environment. This program has
been presented in various corporate and conference programs.

ALTER
Allies Leading & Teaching for Employer & Employee Resources
Allies play a unique role in working for LGBT equality in the
workplace. Harnessing effective allies can have a significant
impact in altering corporate culture. ALTER includes an individual
corporate needs assessment, ally training, and ally coaching
during their action plan implementation.

MERGE
Managing Employee Resource Groups Effectively
Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are a critical component in
transforming corporate culture to be more inclusive of LGBT
employees. However, ERGs often face a myriad of challenges that
can be both internal and external. MERGE includes an individual
ERG needs assessment, focus group examination, training, and
coaching for an effective ERG. A version of this program has been
presented for various LGBTA corporate programs.

Uncovering Diversity
Professor of Law Kenji Yoshino provides a framework for
addressing civil rights in the 21st Century in his groundbreaking
book
Covering. Yoshino identifies covering as an attempt to hide or
conceal a disfavored characteristic. An examination of covering in
the workplace is inherently a discussion that includes everyone
and excludes no one. An analysis of covering and its impact on
workplace productivity provides a powerful framework for any
corporate diversity initiative.
